How to deactivate interlacing?

Hello, is it possible to deactivate interlacing?

I see a reference to it possibly being a flag from the UI - the comment at line 183 in NtscApp.py - but I don't see anywhere in the UI to render without it.

I will try to resolve that in a version with a toggleable switch.
