Creating UUID for each rule

Thanks a lot for the project, it's great. Would you add UUID for each rule? We would like to import the rules to make those available on cycat.org.

The rules meta are using https://github.com/CybercentreCanada/CCCS-Yara, it can generate a id on the fly if enabled. That could be an option.
