Double ID added to an inline flashcard

Describe the bug When adding a flash card, there is created two ID's for the same line, and two cards is added to the deck.

To Reproduce

• Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a note
2. Create a heading of arbitrary size
3. Add #card to the end of the heading.
4. Write under the heading the given flash card with the inline format (Q :: A)
5. Run the Generate flash card command.
6. Observere the Two ID's created.

Expected behavior When adding the #card after a heading, and writing an inline flashcard right under the heading, there should only be created one entry to the deck.
