Feature Request: Footer when printing

is it possible to add a footer (and / or header) to the printout? It should contain: -name of file (with / without path) -date -page number -number of pages

This could be setup in a configuration which would then be valid for all exports (ODT, PDF, etc.). It may be necessary to enter the page size to calculate the page numbers.

It is not trivial to implement this and I probably don't have time or willingness to do it.

I suggest you to export as HTML, then open HTML in a browser and print from there. Chrome and Firefox have configurable headers and footers.
