Choose file functionality under graphics not responding

Bug Description When the user attempts to "add file" under graphics screen, the add functionality does not respond.

Prerequisites Logged in as admin user on prod environment

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home
2. Click on "app settings" from the main menu
3. Scroll down to "graphics"
4. Select "choose file" under company logo, favicon & open-graphics image
5. See that there is no response when selecting "choose file"

Expected behavior When the user clicks on "choose file" the button should respond by opening the users local computer file directory in order to select a image
