Choose File CTA is not functioning

Describe the bug The choose file CTA( call to action) button on the graphics section of the form is not functioning. All 3 of the CTA's in the section

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'URL
2. Scroll down to 'Graphics section'
3. Click on the Choose file CTA under Company logo,Favicon and Open graph image
4. See error the CTA is not functioning

Expected behavior The CTA should open files on computer in order to upload the images required.
