"Choose File" Buttons not working on Graphics

Issue: When attempting to upload a document by clicking on the "Choose File" on any of the buttons on Graphics section, there is no file selection dialog opening and thus cannot initiate upload process.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Contractors Admin'
  2. Click on 'App Settings'
  3. Scroll down to 'Graphics' section
  4. Click on 'Choose File' for each of Company Logo, Favicon and open-graph image.

Expected Behavior: A file selection dialogue should open for user to choose a preferred document to upload.

Actual Behavior: Upon clicking the "Choose File" button, there is no response and the file selection dialog does not open.
