'Choose File' Button not working

Bug Description The "Choose File" button is not working on the documentation site

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'App Settings'
  2. Scroll down to Graphics.'
  3. Click on 'Choose File '
  4. See error

Expected behaviour A click on the 'Choose File' button should link to another page where users can select graphics of choice. Neither buttons for Company Logo, favicon nor open-graph image is working.

  • OS: Windows 10 pro
  • Browser : Google Chrome
  • Version 22H2
