Describe the bug: The choose file button is not responding, when clicked as described below. When: clicked on the choose file option under "Company Logo" Then: it fails to open for selection of files to choose from.

When: clicked on the choose file option under "Favicon" Then: it fails to open for selection of files to choose from.

When: clicked on the choose file option under "Open-graph image" Then: it fails to open for selection of files to choose from.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: When clicking one of the "Choose File buttons, a dialog window should open, enabling users to browse and select files from the file source.

Go to contractors admin. Click ‘App Settings’ in the sidebar navigation menu. Scroll down to 'Graphics' Click on "Choose file" button Button does not respond. Expected behaviour The choose file button should be able to give selection of files to choose from.
