The "choose file" button under graphic option is unresponsive.

Describe the bug Unable to choose file ,the button is unresponsive.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to contractors admin.
2. Click ‘App Settings’ in the sidebar navigation menu.
3. Scroll down to 'Graphics'
4. Click on "Choose file" button
5. Button does not respond.

Expected behaviour The choose file button should be able to give selection of files to choose from.
