Choose file buttons on app mulfuction

Describe the bug The choose file button on the app doesn’t redirect user to choosing a file nor does it do anything.The button is clickable but no response from app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to contractors admin
2. Click on app settings
3. Scroll down to graphics
4. See error when you click on the choose file button

Expected behavior When the user clicks on the choose file button,the app will redirect user to new screen where choosing a file is possible for uploading
