The " choose file" Buttons under Graphics in the App Settings page not working

Describe the bug The "Choose File" buttons, located within the Graphic section of the App settings page, are currently non-functional when clicked

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Main Menu'
2. Scroll down and click on 'App Settings'
3. Scroll down to 'Graphics' section
4. Click one of the choose file button
5. Observe the absence of the expected functionality

Expected behavior Upon clicking one of the "Choose File" buttons, a dialog window should open, enabling users to browse and select files from their local machine.
