Describe the bug Click button is not permitting to choose file

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Contractors Admin'
  2. Click on 'App Settings'
  3. Scroll down to 'Graphics'
  4. See error by clicking the button 'choose file' for 'Company Logo', 'Favicon' and 'open graph image'

Expected behavior I expect the 'Choose file' to open in order to upload files.
