User can not upload a file

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to contractors.restarone.solution
• Click ''app settings"
• Click "choose File"

Expected results

• When the user use clicks "Choose File" the user should be able to upload a required file

Actual results

• Upload file request is not responding, allowing the user to upload the required file
