tab "Graphics" cannot go to file selection

Describe the bug When you click on "Choose file" nothing happens

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to App settings
2. Scroll down to section "Graphics"
3. Click on 'Choose File'
4. See the error

Expected behavior After clicking on "Choose File", the file selection window will appear
