File upload buttons in "App Settings" not working

Describe the bug When the user clicks the "Choose File" buttons in the "Graphics" section of the "App Settings" nothing happens.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'App Settings'
2. Scroll down to 'Graphics'
3. Click on 'Choose File' under 'Company logo'
4. Click on 'Choose File' under 'Favicon'
5. Click on 'Choose File' under 'open-graph image'

Expected behavior On clicking the 'Choose File' button, a file explore window should pop up and allow the user to select a file they want to upload.
