Inlay hints: Investigate performance on large files

Follow up for PR https://github.com/rescript-lang/rescript-vscode/pull/453

Tried TS inlay hints on a large TS file, and the performance was significantly better than our inlay hints on a large res file. Investigate where our bottleneck is, and what we can do about it.
