analyzer: `kots` installed application version history

It should be possible to see from a support bundle if KOTS application manager is installed, which versions of which apps were deployed and when.

Describe the feature

We get a copy the app manager's postgres database and we could rebuild it in a postgres pod and dump the necessary rows from the app_version database:
