This seems to be an alternative to cz-git, since it's written in a different language, it's nice to list it in the collection. But the project's README is very poor right now, would like to see improvements like screenshots and usage explanations in different scenarios before this PR could be merged.

Also, don't forget to add a translation in README_cn.md

I also thinks it's different enough, because it generates the commits following the Conventional commits Standard. But you are right I will update the readme.
