Feature request: learn mode for cell location

I often find that Easer has determined I'm not currently at home because some new cell tower was received that's not on the list of home IDs yet. The Llama had a very useful feature to avoid that, namely a "learn" mode where you could tell it to just collect base station IDs in the background for a certain time and assign them all to an area. Basically what Easer can do already but on a background thread that's not cancelled by doing something else in the UI. This would be really useful to avoid having to go back and add new IDs to an area dozens of times when it has malfunctioned.

Alternatively, I could imagine, that there would be another app, that allows to copy a list of cell tower IDs, so I can past them into Easer.
