Machine: Invoke MachineReset in RequestResetInSafeState

Make RequestResetInSafeState invoke MachineReset so that registered actions (such as Monitor.ResetMachine) get called just like they do for RequestReset. This ensures we invoke the same actions after a watchdog reset as we do after a cold reset.
