update strapi to the latest version

Hi, there where a few changes necessary to update to the latest version of strapi. This variable had to be added to config/admin.js: https://github.com/render-examples/strapi-sqlite/commit/e1b8a50b5ce525e972506056b04d43ac1f61fe15 and it also needs to get autogenerated by the render.yaml: https://github.com/render-examples/strapi-sqlite/commit/a17579f17c9f14d201c9aa4546ee42d3d2e44e3a
