fix: Refactor Arc component to use responsive dimensions
I've refactored the Arc component to make it more responsive to different screen sizes. Previously, the component used fixed values for the radius, center and stroke width. Now, I've introduced ratios based on the width and height of the video configuration, ensuring that the arc scales appropriately.
