one dark theme and removal of dracula theme

one dark theme is one of the most popular themes used. not only, dracula wasn't available on on regolith 2.0. I would love if u added a one dark look, and bring back dracula.

dracula has been added to the 2.1 beta

Dracula is now out. @peejxyy could you please check the available looks after an upgrade to 2.1 and see if you are satisfied?
