[Feature Request]: Individual label confidence calculation for multilabel classification

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We currently only calculate confidence for the entire list of labels in multilabel classification tasks. This type of computation is much less useful than if we were to compute confidence for each label individually.

Describe the solution you'd like Compute confidence for each label individually during multilabel classification tasks.
