[Feature Request]: Add support for a new task: Translation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Support for a new task: Translation. I'd like to be able to translate data from any language to another. Modern LLMs can be quite good at this.

Describe the solution you'd like A new task, similar to classification where I can specify context on the type of data being translated and an input and output language.

Additional context Would be good to understand which LLMs are good at which languages.
