Incorporate embedding generation cost in planned and actual cost

Should we hardcode this into LabelingAgent for now? A more robust solution might be writing wrappers around the different few shot algorithms and calling a method in them to compute the cost but we also currently only have support for Ada v2 so it might not be necessary?
