Minor styling issues

Open IgorAlexey opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

The Firefox Colors extension appears to be causing the title bar buttons to revert to the unmodified svg image: image No solution other than deactivating the extension was found... Which causes a weird palette mismatch: image

The TST grip line seems inconsistent on different systems for some reason, is there a way to fix it? image image Edit: Ideally it should not be there?

Overall the theme works amazing! And does not have other issues.

Latest Firefox version on KDE Neon 110.0 (64-bit) The 4th image is Linux Mint, also latest version, suffers from the black dot window button the same way.

I figure the strange looking grip bar is a result of window decoration style on KDE Plasma 5 desktop environment. One thing I've noticed is that, as a new instance of Firefox is opened, the buttons appear as they should for a second before Firefox Colors loads and resets the style, somehow it overrides the !important tag...

You're probably right about these being Linux/KDE issues. I'm on windows and none of it happens. For the window controls, there really isn't anything I can change, as the code already uses !important. You could just give up firefox color and theme firefox manually in the css, which is what I used to do. I recommend checking out my old firefox theme repo https://github.com/refact0r/midnight-fox, which probably doesn't work anymore but could be helpful.
