implement custom titlebar of legcord

sorry, legcord is a custom discord client, and is much faster, but sadly uses another window title bar system. and the creator of the theme has to implement it sadly. one is legcord with the basic windows titlebar (has equicord), and one is normal discord client with vencord Vencord: Image Legcord: Image

i usually don't write custom code for third party plugins/clients. i don't understand why legcord has its own custom titlebar instead of just copying discord's custom titlebar? it should not be up to every theme dev to implement support for a specific client.

i'll consider it adding this as an optional module in midnight refresh but it will not be implemented in old midnight for now.

tbh i also dont understand why, but i gotta use it cuz the normal discords client is laggy and feels "heavy". thanks again!
