Tool doesn't load in Firefox private window if opening from address bar

I was recently using the tool to test some redux on a site I work on. Normally when I do this I use a normal window and a private window. This is when I noticed the tools don't load when in a private window when in Firefox if opening from the address bar. Here's an example using just a public website: Which works fine in a normal window But won't in a private window. However, if you right click and open "To right" it works as expected
