Fixed transform property in default case for tooltipPosition

The tooltip popup that appears on hover of the ExportButton was cut from the left edge of the screen when the ExportButton is at the bottom left corner.

Changed the transform property in the default case for tooltipPosition from translate(-50%,-100%) to translate(-30%,-100%).
