redux-devtools issue not install

npm install redux-thunk redux-devtools-extension does not install i try many time this error have come npm ERR! code EINVALIDTAGNAME npm ERR! Invalid tag name "^13n.3.0": Tags may not have any characters that encodeURIComponent encodes.
