Need for a new plugin to manages limits

Hi, we need to be able to dynamically set/adjust/remove system limits (limits.conf or limits.d/*) when certain programs are installed or removed.

Do you think tuned could do this and if so could you provide a plugin for this?

This could be a new plugin.

It would allow setting the limits when the TuneD profile is enabled.
