Create a web interface

Consider creating a publicly accessible web interface to some of the newdoc functionality. This would make newdoc more accessible to less technical people and could be pretty neat in general.

As an added benefit, the web interface could have editing boxes for the pieces of the module that you edit, and fixed labels for the parts that you should leave as they are, further guiding you through the writing process.

This would be a significant task. I'm opening this issue mainly as an aspiration rather than an immediate action item.
