As a user I dont understand why "Select module" dialog is empty if there already is a module. I get no explanation.

What versions of software are you using?

• Operating System: MacOS
• IntelliJ version: HEAD
• OpenShift version: Red Hat Sandbox

What did you run exactly?

Steps:

1. ASSERT: have a locally created component in your Red Hat sandbox
2. EXEC: pick "New Component" in the context menu of your project ("adietish-dev" in my case)
3. EXEC: in the upcoming dialog "Create component" hit the button "Select module"
   
   

Result: The upcoming dialog "Select module" is empty. As a noob user I have no idea why. There's no explanation.

Expected Result: As a noob user I'd like to know why it is empty
