Devfile registry examples should have Action to `Create Component`

• IntelliJ version: IntelliJ IDEA 2022.2.1
• OpenShift version: Developer Sandbox

What did you run exactly?

• Click on Devfile Registries
• Click on Node.JS stack

Actual behaviour

It shows Nothing Here when the user clicks on the tree node of Node.js

Expected behaviour

Users should have the option to Create Component directly from the node in the tree view. So if users click on Node.JS, there should be an option to Create a Component.
