UPI Deployment on C2S

This is the set of ansible playbooks I created to install in SC2S and C2S: https://github.com/redhatgov/openshift4-c2s Due to improvements since C2S support was added in 4.7, it's not actually a requirement that the install be performed as UPI. An IPI can be done if certain preconditions are met. I've needed to document this whole process of UPI/IPI in C2S/SC2S for awhile now. Happy to help here if I can.
