DOSBox Staging core

@realnc, what's your current opinion, 4 years after that discussion:

it's too soon to switch to dosbox-staging right now. So wait and see how things pan out

To me it seems Staging is a lively project and it has various features currently missing in SVN/Core. They moved to C++17, integrated FluidSynth, MT-32, NukedOPL.

Core has also BASSMIDI and Pinhack. I'm not sure how Staging native MIDI support differs in comparison with Core. The rest of differences are RetroArch-related.

Is this something you want to consider?
