Minified JS and CSS does not include license information

Problem

The minified JavaScript and CSS included in sphinx_rtd_theme do not include licenes text. This prevents Fedora from packaging documentation that uses sphinx_rtd_theme.

Please give a link to a public reproducible project or provide an example of the Restructured Text that gives an issue.

Generated documentation includes license text in all generated JS and CSS files.

Environment Info

Not sure, but presumably this is Fedora 35 or 36 provided packages.
