Surface metadata on Placement, to detect community ads for example

Raised in #14, it would be nice to support detection of a house/community ad. Surface this on Placement objects and add a documentation example that detects a community ad.

This feels like an option that we should be able to control at the ad server -- ie turn off community/house ads on the publisher, instead of requiring the user to make a custom integration.
