Return to good old 404 page
Taken from archive.org :)

You might want to borrow some changes from my commit (which is still work in progress) :sweat_smile:
https://github.com/binarymaster/web-content/commit/317a46d63b37bf067b4948efc01bf07f754ac580
I added several things in it, namely:
- Dynamic datestamp calculation
- Display URI as it was done originally (pathname only)
- Hotkey for going to homepage (not sure about it, especially for mobile clients)
This is funny, but I think it would be better if it were also a bit more functional, at least including a link back to our homepage, and maybe including 404 somewhere?

Quick Paint mock-up of my idea on how to restore the old 404 page while keeping the website functional. What do you think?

@binarymaster @Extravert-ir Any opinions?
@ColinFinck I like the idea about monitor, but maybe this one :)

I'm for Colin version :)
Looks cool. But probably we can mix both ideas? Keeping the "Header" and "Footer" so it is perfectly functional and adding inside the "container-fluid" the BSOD (full width and height)? I would add a "bolder" to the STOP code Error so "404" gets more noticeable.

Fullscreen bsod page is funnier.
