[Bug]: Homepage has accessibility issues in both light/dark mode for all devices

Summary

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to home page
  2. Run accessibility check (I used AxeDevTools - see screenshots below of issue)
  3. Repeat for dark mode

Expected behavior: Expect no accessibility issues
