fix: rearticulation the not needing of a web server for RSC

Making a more distinct separation of RSC at build time and RSC without a server, which the wording leads to a bit of a misnomer. Cause at the end you still need a way to host the output using a web server (CDN, VPS, Serverless). That is said at the end, but should be more front and center.
