Sass unit tests

As pointed out in https://github.com/react-ui-org/react-ui/pull/563#pullrequestreview-2277808504, we would appreciate having Sass unit tests to:

  1. make the Sass code more readable for others,
  2. make the Sass functions and mixins more reliable.

We can inspire in the Spirit Design System and use the Sass true library.
