Prevent the Native Call UI to show on Android when making outgoing call

Description

We a custom UI that's working on IOS when making a outbound call using callKeep and we want this behavior as well on Android, but every time the app makes a call it still shows the Native UI for Android even though we have self-managed set to true.

Steps to Reproduce

Versions

- Callkeep: 4.3.1
- React Native: 0.65.1
- iOS:
- Android: 11 and 12
- Phone model: Samsung S22 and Pixel devices
