Feature request: force the number of CPU

Hi, The module is cool. I Think tat will be more useful to have a parameter that can override the default behavior for set the CPU core, Instead to have the number of cores / 2, I would like to set 3 o 4 core based on my hardware in that Vagrant config file.

+1 :+1: Would be useful to be able to setup that ratio for memory and CPU. For example on some hardware you may want to set up 3/4 memory or 1/4 of cpu.

Great help for running parallel program on HPC! I am also wondering how the user could change the amount of cpu/ram manually? Is this available?
