Check modified time of: `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters\BootId` may be a better indicator than using the NT API

Setup environment variables for Windows

The variables in the title can be used to resolve libmem's include directory and library paths. Setting the `%PATH%` environment variable has proven to be useless.

Libmem already works in Zig, but there is no ensurance in this repository that it will stay like that

The `%ProgramFiles%` environment var is troublesome, since it can evaluate to `Program Files` and `Program Files (x86)`

Add debugging logs and more specific error return values

There should be some debug logs on libmem so that it gets easier to debug, and error values that can help the user to understand why that error was caused...
