Page links with namespaces do not update in styling like normal page links.

Hey! Firstly thank for the work you do, it's much appreciated!

I don't know if this is a bug, feature, or to-be-implemented function.

I spent some time trying to figure out why none of my page links were updating in styling when I changed the settings, and then realised it's because pretty much all of my pages use namespaces. It seems that anything with a namespace gets treated differently and has an underline, but I don't see anywhere to adjust the settings for this separately. It's worth noting that this only happens when in your settings you have it set to not show the namespaces - when you set it to display in full this issue does not arise. Ideally I'd like it to just be treated the same as un-namespaced pages or have comparable settings that I can update.
