feature request: choose locale for weather.com site when redirecting msn weather to it

By default, when i click on weather widgets it opens US/English version of weather.com site in my browser:

It would be nice if i can select select site locale (like UA/Ukrainian) so it will open UA/Ukrainian version of site:

Scenario when this would be used?

To remove the need of manually choose another region on weather.com site

Maybe there should be an option to input locale manually, so i can for example choose locale different from my system's.

I can definitely implement that but it'll take a day or so.

Cool, thanks! I think there should be option like "use system locale" (but i don't know if locale string from windows can match the locale string from weather.com) and "Manual" where i can input locale string myself.

UPD: most locale strings from windows should match those on weather.com, but not all (my ru-UA locale is not exists on weather.com for example)
