  • [ ] Microsoft Edge is selected in any "How do you want to open this?" box

Install Type

New Install

Install Mode

Active Mode

Steps to reproduce

Set Firefox as browser by default. Installed MSER in Active mode (also repeated in Service Mode). Firefox is default until reboot ! For PDF : i choose Custom (Foxit Reader) When i click on a file : popup "False"... Windows don't find "False".Check if you entered the correct name and retry.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Maintain default programs

❌ Actual Behavior

Change after reboot !

Are you able to provide any logs from %appdata%\MSEdgeRedirect\Logs?

Hi,Meanwhile I switched to Win11 23H2 and it works normally for PDF-files but not for Firefox.The logs are in attach.Thank you !
